Imagine if you were there!

Come and See! invites families of elementary-aged children to experience firsthand the anticipation, the sorrow, the tragedy, the fear, and the ultimate triumph of Jesus’ death and resurrection.

Through the eyes of six eye-witnesses, you will be led on a journey through the busy streets of Jerusalem, to the despair of Golgotha, and finally to the celebration of the empty grave.

Come and See! includes 30 short devotional Bible stories, each with accompanying scripture references and questions for discussion and imagination. Each story will only take a few minutes to read, but you can choose to dig deeper into the discussion questions and additional scripture passages.

Create deeper connections with your kids this Easter as you read and discuss what it might have been like to experience the events of the Holy Week firsthand. May you gain a deeper understanding of the love and life our Lord offers as you and your family prepare your hearts for the celebration of our Risen Savior!

The angels had a message about a King… was it really meant for a group of dirty, smelly shepherds?

The Night the Angels Got Lost is a captivating, three-part family Christmas devotional for kids ages 6-10. Capture your children’s attention and connect with their hearts as together you celebrate the arrival of the Promised Child!

engage your kids in family devotions

Do you struggle to spend time in God’s Word together as a family? Is it difficult to engage your kids in family devotions? Are you tempted to just give up before you even begin? I get it! With four young boys in our home, attempts at family devotion times have often disintegrated quickly into chaos. One kid is jumping on the sofa, one is hanging upside down by his knees while his face turns tomato-red, one is wiping a booger onto his brother… oh, and one almost certainly is not wearing any pants! Sound like your house? I've been there! Pushing through the chaos and doing what God has called us to do as parents is not always easy.

Using my background as a public school elementary teacher, as well as my 12 years of experience as an elementary Bible teacher at my church, I have created a collection of eight practical tips that parents can use to help engage their kids in family devotions and Bible reading.
